February 8, 2010 - ActiveXperts provides an automated SMS system to help people in Haiti
ActiveXperts provides an SMS-based system to offer aid services to the Haitian people.
Through SMS short-codes, people can apply for medicines, water, food, blankets and other stuff.
Information is translated, categorized and mapped, and used by Red Cross, US Coast Guard, Google People Finder and other Aid organizations.

January 13, 2010 - ActiveXperts provides automated SMS system to register victims of the earthquake, Haiti
After the earthquake on January 12 2010, ActiveXperts Software (Hengelo, NL) and Votident (an ActiveXperts partner since the elections in Haiti in 2009) setup an SMS-based system within 24 hours to register people through SMS short-code '200'.
People are urged to SMS the status of a relative or friend. Names are matched against the database of all Haitians.

ActiveXperts Software participated in the Microsoft / ICT Studio Summer Course in Albania as a guest speaker.
The event was held in Vlore, Albania, from 6-11 July 2009.
European and Albanian IT specialist attended the course that was primary focussed on Microsoft Active Directory.

ActiveXperts Software today released an update of its ActiveSocket Network Communication Toolkit.
The product now ships with a native 64-bit component. This 64-bit DLL is called ASocketx64.dll and has the same functionality as the 32-bit ASocket.dll, but can be used in 64-bit environments.
There's no change in version number of the product.

There are no incremental bug fixes or new features in this release other than SMS and MMS Toolkit 5.0, so it is not necessary to upgrade if you do not intend to use the .NET samples.

ActiveXperts Software today released a new product called ActiveXperts SNS and MMS Toolkit.
Reason for merging was the increasing demand for MMS functionality by most SMS&Pager Toolkit users.
By integrating SMS, MMS and Paging in one product, users can implement all major wireless mobile messaging protocols by using one toolkit.
