Q7020010: ActiveXperts Network Monitor is continually showing services as failed when they are not. What is the reason?
There can be several reasons for it; it can be caused by the built-in Windows Firewall (blocking WMI calls to it). It can also be a security issue,
where the ActiveXperts Network Monitor Service Account has no privileges to monitor the remote computer.
Ensure that the credentials used for the ActiveXperts Network Monitor service are sufficient.
The best would be to troubleshoot with a simple VBScript program that runs independent from ActiveXperts Network Monitor:
